F0E9 is shown when the washer has tried and failed several times to balance the load. It is the same family as the off-balance warning but reported after the machine has exhausted its correction attempts, so the cycle stops with the laundry still wet.

- Load tangled into one heavy bundle
- Mixed heavy and light items in one load
- Machine not level or feet not all in contact

🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Open the lid and redistribute the load by hand, breaking up any tangled bundle and spreading items in loose heaps around the basket. Take out anything that clearly does not belong with the rest - a single rug or a heavy jacket in with light shirts will not balance at any speed. Close the lid, press START/PAUSE, and let the machine take a fresh run at the spin.
