A surprising number of first-week faults are installation faults. Shipping bolts left in a front-load washer will make it shake hard enough to walk across the floor. A dryer pushed back against a crushed flexible duct will never dry properly. A refrigerator that is not level will not seal its doors or drain its defrost water where it should. None of those are appliance faults, and all of them get blamed on the appliance.
We install the machine, level it properly, make the water, drain, power or gas connections correctly, remove the transit hardware, and run it before leaving so you can see it working. Where the existing services are not suitable – an undersized duct run, a shut-off valve that will not close, a connection that is not to current standard – we tell you before the appliance goes into place rather than after.
