🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Press Cancel to clear the code, then switch the range off at its breaker for a minute, restore power, and start a bake cycle to see whether it returns. Check the sensor probe inside a cool cavity is secure and clear of the liner. Since the control is not named in this code, the sensor and its wiring are where the diagnosis starts, and that is worth saying when you book. An oven thermometer left in the cavity during a bake will also tell you how far the actual temperature is from the set point, which is useful evidence either way.
