Press Cancel to clear the code, then cut power at the breaker for a minute, restore it, and start a bake cycle to see whether the code returns. With the oven cool, check the sensor probe inside the cavity is secure and not pressed against the liner. If the code returns, the sensor and its circuit need testing with a meter. It is worth noting which suffix appeared even though the published meaning is shared, because the service documentation distinguishes them even where the customer-facing pages do not.
